INFORMATION ON CIRCULATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

General information<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The services of the library can only be used with\u00a0your own valid<\/strong>\u00a0library card.
The books must be returned without notice before the end of the deadline, or their loan period must be extended.
The\u00a0late fee<\/strong>\u00a0is 50 Ft per Library working day per document. As long as the reader has any debts or overdue document, he\/she cannot borrow books or use any service of the Library.
In case of any damage or perish of a book (note, document), it can be replaced by an identical or newer edition of the given item. If the document is not available, the Library estimates its value, and it has to be paid.
All booksand course books in the loan section can be borrowed.
The following types of publications cannot be borrowed:
\u2013 periodicals
\u2013 book collection of the Reading room (except individual agreement)
\u2013 special collection books
\u2013 theses
\u2013 CDs\/DVDs
During the registration, the reader accepts the computer controlled loan and return system, and follows the borrowing process through the reader\u2019s monitor.
Documents borrowed on different dates may have different expiration time in the computer based loan programme, therefore a new loan does not mean an automatic renewal.
Renewing<\/strong>\u00a0is possible until the due date personally, by phone and Internet as well. Overdue books cannot be renewed.
The deadline cannot be extended in the following cases:
\u2013 if there is a reservation on the book
\u2013 if the reader has other debts
Reservation<\/strong>\u00a0can be made in a limited number at the loan librarian. The reader will be noticed by e-mail about the arrival of the document. The document will be kept in reservation for students for 5 working days.

The students of the University <\/strong>can borrow\u00a010<\/strong>\u00a0books at a time.
Full time students can borrow books for 3 weeks, correspondence students for 4 weeks.<\/strong>
Certain types of documents (dictionaries, manuals with a small number of copies) can be borrowed for a shorter period than the usual 21 days. We indicated this difference in the works, and will draw attention to it when borrowing.
Attention!<\/strong>
The graduate students, who have already completed their studies, (and don't have an active student status) but have not yet submitted their thesis, or are preparing for their final exam, they can use the library's services until the day of the final exam.

All employees of the\u00a0University<\/strong>\u00a0can borrow from the library \u2013 until their employment is terminated.

External users<\/strong>\u00a0can only use the library materials in place.
